Go to the Size of Cart You Think Might Work. Eliminate the sizes that are too big or small until you find the size that is right or you. If you need help choosing between sizes, give us a call. Make Your Choice of Height and Depth Once the size is nailed down, you need to decide on the height of the Cart (35" is the most popular) and depth of the Cart (30" is chosen most often). 5. Pick Your Colors We offer Light Grey, Bone, Wood and Black laminate choices. Light Grey and Bone laminates have "Putty Grey" (neutral color) tubes. Wood and Black laminates have Black tubes. Metal accessories are also offered in Putty Grey and Black. Again, Putty Grey metal accessories go with Light Grey and Bone laminates; Black accessories go with Wood and Black laminates. Another time it might be a good idea to have a 28" high Cart is if you have a very large monitor. If you place a large monitor at 35", you may find that it feels too high, so the 28" Cart could be a better choice. How much weight can the cart hold? I have lots and lots of equipment. The Cart will easily hold 150 pounds. If you need to put more weight on it, please let us know and we can work with our designers to make sure that we are making the best recommendation for you. Additionally, if your Cart will be holding quite a bit of weight or needs to be very mobile, you should consider upgrading the castors to a 4" castor which will provide more stability and make it the most easy to move. If you need to keep the Cart from being able to roll, you can order glides for the Cart instead of castors. So please give us a call and we can give you a quote for whatever method you need. What does the warranty cover? We offer a Lifetime Warranty! This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that occur under normal wear and tear for the life of the Cart. What is the difference between the Standard and Deluxe Keyboard Caddies? The Standard Keyboard Caddy is 20" wide, retractable, and has a height adjustment of 5 1/2". Since it is 20" wide, it will hold a keyboard but not a mouse. So, if you are purchasing this keyboard caddy you will probably want to add either a Piggyback Mouse Shelf, or a Clamp-on Mouse Shelf. The Deluxe Keyboard Caddy is 25 3/4" wide, retractable, has a height adjustment of 6", but also has a positive and negative tilt (15 degrees total), and it swivels (full 360 degrees).
